Are the patches iron-on or sew-on?

Many Mr Patches products include iron-on backing and can also be sewn on. Check the individual product page because backing and application details can vary by design.

When should I sew a patch?

Sewing is recommended for uniforms, hats, textured or thick fabric, heavy-use gear, and items that will be washed often. It can also reinforce the edge after heat application.

How do I apply an iron-on patch?

Place the patch on clean, compatible fabric, cover it with a pressing cloth, apply firm heat according to the fabric's care limits, and let it cool fully before handling. If the edge lifts or the item will get heavy use, sew around the edge.

Can patches be washed?

Use gentle care and follow the garment's instructions. Sewn patches generally hold up better on frequently washed items. Avoid harsh washing or high heat unless both the fabric and patch can handle it.

How much is U.S. shipping?

Tracked U.S. shipping is a flat $4.95 for orders under $20 and free for orders of $20 or more, after discounts and before taxes. The cart shows progress toward free tracked U.S. shipping; checkout confirms the final charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to supported destinations. International tracked shipping is a flat $9.95, shown at checkout and paid by the customer. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Our current U.S. and international shipping options include tracking. Tracking details are sent after your order has been dispatched.

What happens when a patch is sold out?

An unavailable product cannot be added to the cart. Browse available collections for alternatives or contact us if you want help finding a similar patch.

Do you handle bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, subject to stock and review. Include the product or theme, quantity, deadline, shipping destination, and how the patches will be used on the Bulk & Wholesale page.
