At about 5 by 3.98 inches, this is the largest patch in the catalogue. Nothing else we stock comes close, and that is the point — it is built to be a back panel, a tote face, or the single statement on a denim jacket, not one badge among several.
Placing something this large
Centre it. A patch this size looks wrong offset, and it needs breathing room on all four sides — if it lands within a couple of inches of a seam, a zip or a hem, it reads as crowded no matter how well it is applied. On a jacket back, sit it high between the shoulder blades rather than centred on the whole panel; on a tote, centre it horizontally and slightly above the middle, because bags sag when loaded and a patch placed dead-centre ends up looking low.
Applying a large patch
Work in overlapping sections. The iron cannot heat five inches of adhesive evenly in one placement, so press one area, shift, overlap, and repeat, keeping firm pressure throughout. Let the whole thing cool before moving the garment. Then stitch the border — at this size the edges catch on everything, and adhesive alone will not survive a season of wear.
Fabrics
Cotton, cotton blends, denim and cotton canvas take it. Nylon, polyester shells, coated fabric, leather, faux leather and vinyl need sewing. Flat surfaces only.

Inside out, cold, gentle cycle, tumble low or hang. No bleach, no fabric softener. Iron from the reverse side only.
