Need bulk quantities?How to apply
Place the patch, cover it with a thin cloth, press firmly with heat, then let it cool before handling. For heavy wear, bags, or textured fabric, add a few stitches around the edge.

Bulk and wholesale
For events, teams, retail displays, or larger quantities, use the bulk inquiry page and include the product name plus your target quantity.
Two Japan flag patches, about 3.5 by 2.5 inches each. A red disc on white and nothing else — the simplest flag in the catalogue to embroider well, and the one least likely to look muddy at small size. There is no fine detail to lose.
One useful note about gi and cotton
If the patch is going on a martial arts gi, you are in luck: gi are almost always heavy cotton, which is the ideal surface for an iron-on. Press it, then stitch the border — a gi gets gripped, pulled and washed harder than any jacket, and thread is what survives that. Check your club's rules on patch placement before you commit.
Other surfaces that work
Cotton, cotton blends, denim and cotton canvas. Denim jackets and cotton totes press cleanly.
Surfaces to sew
Nylon packs and shells, coated or waterproof fabric, leather, faux leather and vinyl. Polyester needs a cooler iron, a pressing cloth and a hidden test seam.
Applying both
One at a time under a thin cotton cloth with firm dry heat, cooling completely between them. A centred disc makes any tilt in the patch edge obvious, so line the top edge against a seam.
Care
Inside out, cold, gentle, hang or tumble low. No bleach — it will grey the white ground. No fabric softener.
Questions we get
Will it stay white? With cold washing and no bleach, yes. A stitched border keeps grime out of the edge.
Both the same? Yes, an identical pair.
