🚀 **MR Patches LLC is hiring a Remote PPC Manager!**

MR Patches is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium embroidery patches sold across Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify. We're looking for an experienced PPC professional to optimize and manage our Amazon and Google Ads campaigns.

**Your Role:**

- Create and manage PPC campaigns on Amazon and Google Ads.

- Optimize product listings using PPC data (SEO optimization).

- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on key metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR).

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations).

- Proactively address underperforming products with strategic PPC initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3-5 years PPC experience (Amazon PPC required; Google Ads strongly preferred).

- Strong proficiency in PPC analytics and optimization tools.

- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

- Independent, self-driven with a reliable high-speed internet and secure laptop.

- Certifications in Amazon Advertising and Google Ads (preferred).

**Compensation & Benefits:**

- Base salary: EGP 16,667–18,750/month (based on experience).

- Performance-based monthly bonus up to EGP 3,000 (after 3-month probation).

- Internet and equipment allowance: EGP 1,250/month.

- Fully remote, flexible working hours.

- Observance of Egyptian and major U.S. holidays.
